The Wheel

The important part of this and might spur some ideas of creativity is having something you do in each of these quadrants every week that are meaningful and bring you settled and relax space.  Finding a time to do these for 15 minutes to 1 hour per week is key.

 

Make a list of three or four things you have the power to implement in each of them.  Then when you build yourself up in 1 or 2 of these quadrants then work on the other one to make sure you have the balance you are looking for.

The circle gets squished when one of them overwhelms the other.  So when you are feeling squished its good to look at this image and think ahh what other side of the wheel is missing out and then activate the other parts of it to recentre yourself until the overwhelming part comes good again.
